Innovative infrastructure and its impact on small business development

The article is devoted to issues related to the national innovation infrastructure, shows its impact on the development of small business at the global level. The definitions of small innovative enterprises are given, the stages of their formation are defined. Innovations are considered as the most important element for the development of the country''s economy; according to the practice of foreign countries, it has been shown that their development is productively implemented in small businesses. The problems of small business in the Russian Federation, its influence on the economy of the country are described.
