Abstract
The paper discusses some issues related to the current state of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the field of the safe-STI road. Author systematized and analyzed the regulations that determine the main directions of the activity of state op-makers in the study area and proposed solutions to the problems of road traffic accident rate.
