Abstract
A schwannoma is a benign tumour which originates from the nerve sheath of any myelinated nerve. Though the commonest area of origin is the head and neck region, schwannomas arising from the sinonasal tract are very rare. We report the case of a 31-year-old man with a schwannoma arising from the right sinonasal tract.
