Abstract
Ceruminous gland tumours of the external auditory meatus are rare lesions. Syringocystadenomapapilliferum is a very uncommon ceruminous gland neoplasm of the external auditory meatus. A rare such case of solitary nodular tumour of the external auditory meatus which on histopathological e x a m i n a t i o n w a s c o n f i r m e d a s Syringocystadenomapapilliferum with insitu carcinoma is presented. The presence of atypia, which is exceedingly uncommon made this case all the more singular.
