AIM OF CREATING COMMON TURKIC LANGUAGE ACCORDING TO IDEAS OF SCIENTISTS

Abstract

The strengthening and deepening of relations between the Turkic-speaking states is very significant and pleasing issue. This is a great and necessary need. This integrations required by time, reality. At present, the Turkic linguistics is more interested in the establishment of a common language of communication among the Turks. The recommendation on establishing a common Turkic language has been accepted at the 11th Congress of Turkic peoples in Baku in 2007. However, after the occupation of the Turkic-speaking countries by the Russian Empire, the intense relations between these brotherly, linguistic, and religious nations began to weaken. Academician T. Hajiyev who is heir of the desires of M. Kashgari, A. Huseynzade, I. Kaspirali and Z. Gokalp, and he owes it his duty to finish. He considered it a glorious task to implement this idea, and regarded it as an abuse of Turkish language by the representatives of various Turkic peoples speaking not in Turkish, but in another foreign language. Nowdays there is a great need for a joint Turkic literary language for Turkic peoples. Creating a common language is now a requirement of time, and the time has come to take serious steps in this area.
