The article provides an analysis of the securitization relationship – an innovative way of financing assets, which provides additional opportunities for investment, as well as for debt financing, this explains the attractiveness of securitization relationships for both originators and special legal entities. In the presence of le- gal support, implying the optimal order of regulation of relations between issuers of securities secured by assets and investors, supervision of financial institutions and the processes of turnover of obligations between them, the prospects for development and the role of securitization of assets are enormous
