Abstract
The article describes and analyzes the works of art in different periods, covering images of historical figures in the portrait genre of Azerbaijan sculpture. The development of the historical genre in Azerbaijani sculpture, mainly can be traced to the monuments and portraits dedicated to outstanding personalities. In the work considered the bright faces of Azerbaijani sculpture Fuad Abdurrahmanov, Jalal Karyagdi, Tokay Mammadov, Omar Eldarov, Huseyn Ahmadov, Elmira Huseynova, Nijat Mammadov, Miralesker Mirkasimov, Khanlar Ahmadov, Fuad Salayev and others.
