Abstract
Today, teams are fundamentally different from working groups, since they assume both individual and mutual responsibility. Teams not only use group discussions, disputes and solutions, not only rely on information available to all members and advanced methods of increasing productivity. They create a product with the total contribution of all their members. That's what allows you to achieve a level of performance that is higher than the sum of the best individual performance of team members. Simply put, a team is more than the sum of its parts.
