The analysis of competitive forces action based on the Porter’s Model in relation to a cluster is included into the article, and the shot is made to formulate new model of disposition of competitive forces in network structures is made. From our point of view, the position of net business entity (a cluster, a special economic zone, a technology development area, etc.) demands a special approach to the analysis of competitive forces in an environment of such structure. The analysis of market forces round a cluster as the most striking type of the net business entities, will allow to evaluate, both competitiveness of a cluster, and the direction of its development in the conditions of hypercompetition. The formation of net business entities is a reasonable phenomenon taking into account the fact that sets of firm-partners of such entities create the relationship based on value co-creation in frame of a technological chain.
