Abstract
This study has an objective to reduce waste in packaging and pallet wrapped plastic film production process of the case study plant. The result from the improvement by 16 waste reduction processes and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) can reduce the slits from 15,654.02 kg/month which cost 782,701.05 THB/month to 10,048 kg/month or 502,400 THB/month or reduced by 65.94%.
