This study is specified in demonstrating the effect of one of our language phenome-nan wich is called " Al itbae Al Haraki " i.e. " Vowel Harmony In Arabıc Language-Quranıc Readıngs (Alqıra'at Alquranyah. The thesis is contented with those featu-res of the language that have been effected by the vowel harmony and wich are cau-sed or resulted because of the neighbouring (AlTajawer* of short or long vowels (elif , waw , yae* I. e. (a , o , I) and the neighbouring of vowel letters. The phoneme harmony here is of two types: the next harmony: that the mo-vement of the expression affects the movement of the first word following it, and changes it to homogeneity. Orchestrated harmony: affected by the movement of par-sing with the movement that follows it, which is what the ancients called (consump-tion of the movement of parsing with the movement of followers), and the dispute between them is based on the permissibility of this effect or not. The phenomenon of kinematics is a linguistic phoneme phenomenon that has a great impact on the linguistic structure in many languages, because languages tend to have a nature of harmonization and compatibility of sounds. Which shows us the importance of this topic and its right to study and trace. It represents a pho-nemic phenomenon that affected the language, its vocabulary, its structures, its con-notations, and the nature of its pronunciation.
