Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze simultaneous and partial effects of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Asset (ROA) Bank Sultra.Data of this research were quarterly reports of Bank Sultra in the period of 2008 – 2017. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions. Results of the research show that 1) simultaneously Net Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have positive and significant effects on ROA, 2) Net Performing Loan (NPL) has positive but insignificant effects on ROA, 3) Net Interest Margin (NIM) has positive but insignificant effects on ROA, 4) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has negative but insignificant effects on ROA
