Abstract

F thermal water would participate in reducing the amount of Carbon Dioxide in a certain territory or area then the exploiting the potential of geothermal springs is what we are looking for. For reducing the usage of fossil fuel and energy cost, the government has to start supporting the spa towns to evaluate the benefit and importance of thermal springs, a pump system must be installed the basements of the spa towns for exploiting thermal springs temperature in purposes such as heating. The importance of thermal springs could play a big role in facilitating the expansion of energy production in the area. Our Thermal springs in Morocco are meteoric origin and they consist of deeply infiltrated water due to the geological structures and reheat before their ascent to the surface. Their warming is due to solely geothermal gradient that varies from one region to another. This variation of geothermal gradient may be related to the distribution of the emerging thermal which they are also related to recent tectonic activities. Geothermal studies clearly indicate that there is a relationship between hydrotherapy and geothermal. The hydrothermal may also cause thermal anomalies, which is something has been observed in the Tunisian and Algerian Sahara where there has been a rise in temperature of discharges zones of aquifers and a decrease in flow feeding area The study of the northern Moroccan hydrotherapy in a structural context focused on thirty thermal springs. The division of these springs is done based on different structural zones which are: sud-rifaines Rides, Basin Saïss, Eastern Rif; Eastern of Morocco and Central of Morocco. This work is highlighting the importance of the convergence of geological, hydro geological, geochemical and seism tectonic studies results for better understanding the thermal spring's circuits for the northern of Morocco
