Abstract
This article is devoted to the controversial issues of qualification of murder committed in a state of passion. Practical examples of practical activity on classification of murders on articles of the criminal legislation are given. The article formulates and raises the question of the delimitation of the murder committed in the heat of passion, which today is a problematic field in the law.
