Abstract
This article discusses the nature of physiological changes in gymnasts in the competitive period. We examined specifically 11 masters of sports and first-category athletes 12-14 times over a 9-month competitive period. Based on the survey, we compiled an analysis for each training period and identified their regular features. The results can be useful in the preparation of the subsequent training plan, its correction and an individual approach to certain athletes.
