IMPROVEMENT FACTORS FOR THE MITIGATION OF LABOR INCIDENTS IN THE COLOMBIAN PRODUCTIVE SECTOR

Abstract
The search for strategies to help reduce the current rates associated with the physical and mental health (ergonomics) of people at the general level of local industry in the country is the subject of this research. Firstly, updated results will be illustrated from statistical indices that show what the behavior of accidents within business organizations is in physical and mental terms; thus, identifying which accidents have been primary, permanent and in the worst case of death. On the other hand, it will show the advances that Colombia has obtained in comparison to other regions that have also focused on improving this factor, and finally, it will identify some success cases where the application of some strategies that have served to mitigate the problems associated with labor incidents in the Colombian productive sector.
