INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF REMEDIAL APPROACH IN SYSTEM OF PREVENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENCES: CONDITIONS AND PROSPECTS

From the sociological point of view, the problem of an institutionalization of the remedial approach in system of prevention of juvenile offenses is considered in the article. The objective of the article is the identification of conditions and prospects of forming the institutional structures, allowing to implement the remedial approach in preventive maintenance of juvenile offenders.
