Abstract
The pain syndromes in facial area and oral cavity are the important modern problem not only to dentistry, but also to therapeutics as a whole because patients sense them as especially important and threatening not only to healthy body state, but also typically to the life. The research objective is to investigate the intensity of a paresthetic and pain syndrome in patients with glossalgia depending on the origin of background pathology. For the first time we give the rate data of the most represented internal sensations of patients with glossalgia. However, many patients noted the existence of a pain syndrome of different degrees. In this respect, we carried out the analysis of the intensity of a pain syndrome on Hossli-Bergman scale.
