Abstract
This article summarizes the results of a study conducted by a 3rd year student of the Siberian-American faculty of the Baikal International Business School. The purpose of this study is to analyze the investment attractiveness of the Irkutsk region, study the current situation and propose a new program and concept for attracting investment by improving the environmental condition of the region.
