Abstract
Global competition is driving manufacturers to constantly improve products. To make decisions about customer needs, they use standard features provided by big data technologies β segmentation of customers by gender and age, frequency of purchases, purchase structure and so on. However, the analysis of this data will not provide a key decision-making criterion β understanding why the customer is buying or not buying the product.
