Complex estimation of efficiency of the functioning of institutes of social protection of disabled persons in corporate business environment

The article substantiated the necessity of increasing the efficiency of the state policy of social protection for the persons with disabilities in the Donetsk People’s Republic, analyzed the indices of the state and efficiency of the social protection of disabled persons. The methodical approach to the complex evaluation of efficiency of social protection of the disabled persons in a corporate enterprise environment, the basis of which was the KPS-analysis of indexes-characteristics of the subsystems of «corporate social responsibility», «social innovations» and «social enterprise» was presented. The paper built the matrix of complex analysis of efficiency of disabled persons social protection in a corporate business environment with the help of which it was suggested to determine the directions of making a decision on realizing the social activity of enterprises and organizing the work of the authorities of disabled persons social protection.
