Abstract

The training of paramedical workers and the qualification requirements for them are based on the principles of readiness to carry out doctor's prescriptions. At the same time, fundamental training in biomedical disciplines remains insufficient. This reduces the effectiveness of using system knowledge of health preservation in the professional activities of a mid-level health worker. In order to improve the training of future health workers, a pedagogical model has been developed to form the readiness of the nursing bachelor to apply knowledge and skills of health protection in everyday and professional activities. In the modern learning process, it is necessary to introduce integrated technologies, to use traditional and innovative methods. The proposed pedagogical model of training a bachelor of nursing in the disciplines of the valeological area includes: the content, forms, pedagogical conditions, stages and components of training. Training of students is based on a combination of various forms of its organization: lectures, practical, seminars, laboratory classes, special courses, special seminars, teaching practice, consultations, colloquiums, control, course and others. In the preparation of a bachelor of nursing in the disciplines of the valeological direction, the main educational and preparatory stages are the theoretical and practical training cycle. The main criteria for the readiness of bachelors of nursing for the use of valeological knowledge in professional activities are the motivational, cognitive, activity and self-assessment components, according to which high, medium and low levels of training are established. The selection of the content of the discipline of the valeological direction in the proposed model is based on the theoretical analysis carried out and the practical training of students on the basics of health, health-saving technologies and skills of a healthy lifestyle. This will ensure the needs of society in the medical staff, which provides medical care in case of accidents, acute diseases, man-made and natural disasters and is involved in the formation of public health. The developed and theoretically substantiated structural model of the formation of readiness of bachelors of nursing to use valeological knowledge in everyday and professional activity is a complex system of interrelated elements (content, forms, methods). In combination with the creation of organizational and pedagogical training conditions, they will ensure the achievement of the main goal of the training process.
