MATURE CYSTIC TERATOMA INVOLVING THE RIGHT SUPRA-RENAL RETROPERITONEUM A CASE REPORT

We report a year 29year old female, a case of mature cystic teratoma involving the right supra-renal retro-peritoneum. The patient was incidentally detected to have mass in the abdomen during her routine antenatal check-up 8months ago. CT abdomen showed a large right supra-renal retroperitoneal mass with predominantly fat, soft tissue and calcified components. The mass was surgically excised and histopathological examination of the mass was consistent with mature cystic teratoma
