Abstract
The article explores approaches to the formation of a model of economic development of trade based on the theory of interest, digitalization and digital scent marketing: historical aspects of the formation of the theory of interest and its application for the development of the trade; investigates the historical aspect of the development of the scent digitalization and the elements of the complex of touch with reality provided by VR-devices; introduces the concept of digital scent marketing; suggests the conceptual model of economic development of trade based on theory of interest, digitalization and digital scent marketing.
