Abstract
This article discusses the issue of blood circulation, respiration, performance in young men with submaximal power. The study conducted studies that identified important aspects regarding training and competitions in submaximum power on the example of a 5-minute ride on a stationary bike and run for 1,500 m. It turned out that less adaptability to a given job in young men than in adults. Training of this type expands the adaptive capabilities of the youthful organism to the work of submaximal power.
