Abstract
This research aims to shed light on the impact of applying the dimensions of administrative empowerment on achieving organizational excellence in five-star Egyptian hotels, A survey was carried out in 25 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. The results discussed the application of some dimensions of administrative empowerment to achieve organizational excellence. The study recommends applying the dimensions of administrative empowerment in order to achieve organizational excellence in all hotel departments.
