Abstract
The problem of structural imbalances in the national economy, which is relevant for present-day Russia, is examined in the article. The authors propose the thesis about the possibility of considering the disproportionate development as a special case of manifestation of chaos. In this regard, the approach considering structural imbalances from the perspective of the self-organization theory is offered in the present work. As a result, the authors draw the conclusion about need of the integration of self-organization and management processes for minimization of branch disproportionality.
