PSYCHOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF YU.I. MASHBYTS: THE CONCEPTION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF EDUCATION IN THE PARADIGM OF PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of psychological mechanisms of education as a basal component of the psychological system of the outstanding Ukrainian scientist Yu .I. Mashbyts. It is shown that the main lines of this system are the creation of scientists "psychological theories of learning activity and education." It has been established that the conceptual and "conjugate" core of these theories is the concept of psychological mechanisms of education, developed for the first time by Yu .I. Mashbyts on the basis of synergetic methodology. The systemic and multidimensional essence of the conception of psychological mechanisms of education is revealed, its transgressiveness as the ability to initiate and produce new spectra of modern psychological knowledge in the theoretical-methodological and theoretical-experimental dimensions. The analysis of the conception of psychological mechanisms of education by Yu .I. Mashbyts in the paradigm of personal effectiveness is carried out. The theoretical and methodological foundations of research of psychological mechanisms of education, in particular, the concept of the decomposition of education and the role of internal, personal, determination are considered. A conceptual description of such leading education mechanisms as the feedback mechanism and the mechanism of the additional determination of learning task in the context of personal effectiveness is given. The content spectra are revealed - the essential signs of the formation of the student's personal effectiveness in the context of considering the essence of psychological mechanisms. The problem of the historiogenesis of Yu .I. Mashbyts views on the problem of psychological mechanisms is considered. The multiplicity of the extrapolation of Yu .I. Mashbyts ideas in modern domestic research and their heuristic potential are shown.
