ORGANIZATIONAL SCHEME OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTING

Abstract
At the heart of psychological counseling, based on the systemic thinking activity approach, is the idea of sign mediation. In the process of consulting, incomplete images of the client's consciousness are objectified by a consultant in the external tablet of thinking in the form of signs. The artificially organized transformation of signs in the tablet of thinking conducts natural changes in images in the inner field of consciousness. As an instrument for counseling management, the scheme of thinking-activity, developed by G.P. Shchedrovitsky, is being used. Using the scheme allows the consultant to objectify and discuss the client's problem operating with external tablet of thinking. The problem is that the original scheme of thinking-activity does not introduce the processes of problematization, occurring in the internal field of the client's consciousness. The task is to construct a scheme that introduce both: the operations on the external tablet, as well as changes occurring on the internal field of consciousness. The article represents a scheme that removes the problem of communication between thinking-activity and consciousness. It also describes the way of the scheme usage as means to organize and manage the communication during psychological counseling. There are analyzed seven forms and technologies of counseling based on the scheme. Future directions of the scheme development is discussed, which are associated with the possibility to involve changes occurring in the sensory-emotional layer of consciousness.
