Abstract
The materials of the article present a model consisting of basic and technological blocks, which pro- vides for restructuring and selection of content, forms of organization of the educational process, the need to deepen students' practical activities as the basis for the effectiveness of the formation of professional labor ac- tions (professional competencies) and mandatory implementation (at the end of the second year) an intermediate independent assessment of the level of formation of professional labor actions – a demonstration exam by WorldSkillsRussia standards. The article compares the requirements for the competencies “Teaching in elemen- tary grades” (“R21 PrimarySchoolTeaching”) with the labor functions of the professional standard “Teacher”
