GENDER FEATURES OF CLARIFYING PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH INTERNET COMMUNICATION

Abstract
Currently, communication is largely shifting to the Internet space. Features of communication on the Internet are poorly understood. This makes it impossible to competently build work on managing interpersonal interaction and conflicts on the Internet. Internet users in the messages actively try to give emotions, feelings, filling the text of the message with different smiles, for the minimum quantity of time repeatedly try to send messages with adding to the test of pictures and video. Results of statistic analysis showed that there are differences in perception of clearing up of the interpersonal relations by means of Internet communication at men and women: SMS messages of the man use less than women; in the course of communication of the man face delay of responses and existence of long pauses in correspondence, women have difficulties with understanding and transmission of emotions to the interlocutor in the course of correspondence. Knowledge of features of clearing up of the personal relations by means of Internet communication is necessary in practice of individual consultation for clarification, preventing and prediction of result of frequent clearing up of the personal (romantic) relations on social networks.
