Development of psychological culture of leaders of the general secondary education institutions for their personal welfare

An important problem of the present, which is related to the presence of high level of psychological culture in the heads of general secondary education institutions, which contributes to their personal welfare. The revealed psychological features contributed to the refinement of the concept of psychological culture, which is considered as an important component of the general human culture. It points to the relationship between the inner mental world of the individual and the world external, subject, social. It is revealed that the psychological culture of the heads of general secondary education institutions is an integrative personality trait that combines knowledge about optimal ways of personal interaction, socially expedient system of motivation, characterized by efficiency, constructive management activity (external and internal). It is inextricably linked the development of a common personality culture (such as the integration of spiritual values, patterns of behavior, the ability to constructively resolve conflicts, solve complex production problems, etc.) and improves their social welfare. Accordingly, the article presents the empirical results of the study of the level of development of psychological culture of the heads of institutions of general secondary education. The results are analyzed and the program of development of psychological culture of managers is proposed. It is built on the basis of providing psychological knowledge, acquirements and skills that will help them to build their lives in a way that will promote their personal welfare. In general, this research has shown that postgraduate educational institutions can be a basic institution for assisting heads in developing a psychological culture.
