Psychological technologies of activation of personal self-development of a teacher in the conditions of non-formal education

Abstract

The article presents the psychological technology of activating the personal self-development of teachers in non-formal education. Carrying out the analysis of scientific literature, the essence and structure of the personal self-development of teachers is determined. The personal self-development of teachers is presented as a process of revealing the internal potential of teachers to improve personal characteristics and the effective implementation of professional activities. The technology of activating the personal self-development of teachers, based on the transcultural approach, consists in implementing a model for activating the phenomenon under study, which contains targeted, conceptual, substantive, organizational, and effective blocks. Thanks to the technology of activating the personal self-development of teachers, the development of personal properties, qualities, and competencies of teachers are carried out, which are the main indicators of the effective organization of activation of the studied phenomenon, contribute to successful professional activity. The structure of the training sessions of the program for enhancing the personal self-development of teachers, which are based on interactive methods, forms of training, sound psychological conditions, principles of activation of the phenomenon under study, is disclosed. The program for enhancing personal self-development of teachers is laid down in the special course «Fundamentals of personal self-development of a teacher», which contains three modules: "General characteristics of personal self-development of a teacher», «Psychological conditions of personal self-development of a teacher», «Psychological tools to improve the process of personal self-development of a teacher». The first module is aimed at recognizing the importance of personal self-development for the life of a teacher, mastering knowledge in the field of personal self-development, identifying and developing motivation to enhance the self-development of a teacher. The second module provided a solution to the problems of developing the cognitive-reflective component of teachers' personal self-development. The third module was aimed at improving the operational-activity component of teachers' personal self-development.
