Abstract

This article discusses the biomechanical structure of complex acrobatic exercises in the learning process. As a result of the studies, they came to the conclusion that in difficult acrobatic jumps the jolt must be resilient and elastic. We came to the conclusion that, when performing many acrobatic jumps, it is necessary to increase the horizontal movement and rotation of the body. Consequently, an increase in movement is possible only with a push, in which there is a soft setting of the legs (hands) on the support and considerable depreciation.
