Abstract
Conflict is a natural phenomenon for any organization. As a result of competition and the desire to take a leading position in the market, each company in one way or another is faced with contradictions in the team. Organizational culture, of course, plays a crucial role in the organization. Conflicts are directly related to the organizational culture that has developed in the enterprise. The strength and outcome of the conflict will de- pend on its type. An unfavorable organizational culture existing in the organization can cause a conflict, which, in turn, will lead to big problems in the organization or even to its closure. The problem of organizational culture and its role in conflict management in the company is paid, little attention is paid. Relationships within the team, staff motivation for the productivity and existence of the enterprise itself depend on a properly formed organiza- tional culture
