Abstract
Federal Agency for Youth Affairs is the state organization, that coordinates public efforts in fostering youth opportunity and development. The purpose of youth policy in Russia is to create conditions for learning, opportunity and experience, which enable young people to develop knowledge, skills and competences. The arti- cle deals with the results of a sociological research focused on the interaction process between employers (youth policy organizations) and university students. In the research we analyzed the results of the questioning gradu- ates their opinion of problems in the resource management in public youth policy, regarding on the increasing gap between the needs of employers and the abilities of the staff provided by the education system
