Theoretical and methodological approaches to sustainable development of social and economic systems

The problem of the formation of the modern paradigm of sustainable development in the context of the tenet of a civilizational concept, human-centrism, and the relationship of the anthropogenic and sociocultural phenomena, which combined represent the foundation of human long-term survival, has been considered. The social-economic-environmental balance and the development of SES on the basis of a civilizational approach has the creation of a new model the functioning of the economy as its goal, that can anticipate and eliminate real threats and dangers of the environment through strategic planning and systems management.
