Abstract
The article analyzed the changes in the political and legal consciousness of Russian society. The general diagnosis and political situation of the country, as well as the mechanisms of formation of the current Russian elite have been considered. The quality of national jurisdiction has been demonstrated in the Address of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The problems of forming the legal order in the field of economics have been considered.
