التنمية البشرية في ضوء مقاصد القرآن الكريم

تمثل التنمية البشرية اتجاهاً تنموياً تقدمياً، فقد انتقل الفكر التنموي نهاية القرن الماضي من التركيز على النمو والبناء الاقتصادي إلى التنمية البشرية التي تستهدف الإنسان وتأهيله للإنتاج، والعمل على تحقيق عدالة التوزيع وصون حقوق الإنسان وغيرها. ولكن كل ذلك جاء متأخراً، فقد وصل التضخم والبطالة والفقر مستويات قياسية، وفقدت الدول قدرتها على تحقيق الحد اللائق من العيش الكريم. توصل البحث إلى أسبقيّة الإسلام في السعي نحو التنمية البشرية من خلال المقاصد ذات العلاقة في القرآن الكريم، مع الإشارة إلى بعض النماذج التطبيقية في الإسلام. Human development represents a progressive development trend. At the end of the last century, development thought shifted from the focus on economic growth and construction to human development that targets the individual and qualifies him for production, works to achieve equitable distribution, and safeguards human rights. But all of this came late as inflation, unemployment, and poverty reached record levels and many countries lost their ability to achieve an adequate level of decent living. The research revealed the primacy of Islam in the pursuit of human development through the relevant purposes of the Holy Quran, with reference to some practical Islamic models.
