Plagiarism; An academic crime

To steal some one?s idea or work without giving a proper acknowledgement is counted as plagiarism but the dilemma is that most of the young researchers are not focusing on this point. For the avoidance of plagiarism; young researchers mostly focus on paraphrasing. Although it?s also an essential step in reducing plagiarism but without knowing the proper citation technique we are unintentionally doing plagiarism.
