Human Resource Practices and its Effectiveness in Private Educational Institutions with reference to Coimbatore

Abstract : The research is concerned with human resource practices in private education institutions in Coimbatore. In today's rapidly changing environment all sort of organizations facing the problem to recruit the employee and dividing job to them and the most important fact is that organization success is also depends on the human resources. Nowadays educational industry is one of most developing industry in our country. This research is elaborated to knowing about the selection process of employees in educational institutions, development/training programs organized and atmosphere and infrastructure of work place and satisfaction of employees. This research helps the researcher to identify the problems of employees and is being faced them and facilitate the suggestions to solve the problem.
