Abstract
The Algerianlegislator has, in the code of consumer protection and fraud control, given a significant importance to food products, especially when technology has become a part of food industry. For that reason he introduced preventive rules in order to avoid damage in the future. He has imposed the actor to ensure that these rules are respected, to produce food non-injurious to consumer. We will try this by this study to: first, specify the preventive rules relative to the added products use, to know the rules of labeling products and present it for consummation, then explain the use of matters in contact with food products.
