The article analyses the historical and pedagogical development of the emergence of new types of educational institutions. The author shows how a hosted development and establishment of educational institutions in Ukraine and that this contributed. Deals with scientific views on the positive and negative points of view in relation to work in modern conditions these schools, which include: high school, college, vocational school, college. The author examined the structure of new types of educational institutions, singled out their features and specifics of training activities.
