The article discusses the current aspects of legal relations arising in the process of ensuring the organ- ization and activities of a simple partnership, reveals the concept of a simple partnership agreement, describes its signs and features of its application in practice, discusses various approaches to the participation of non-profit organizations in simple partnerships, suggests optimal regulation of issues related to the activities of a private partnership
