Abstract
The article is dedicated to the song «The Hunter» by the Russian rock-band «Korol' i Shut» («The King and the Jester»). The focus is on the werewolf motif and methods of its artistic disclosure. The methodological basis of the study is the archetype theory developed by Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), one of the «founding fathers» of psychoanalysis.
