CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS OF INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

The article examines the role and importance of investment activity for the Ukrainian economy. Changes in investment activity for 2018-2019 are analyzed. The negative factors that hinder the development of investment processes at the present stage are highlighted. Ways to increase the investment attractiveness of the national economy with the aim of stimulating investment processes in the country are proposed. In accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the concept of investment activity is related to the making of financial investments that are not part of cash equivalents, as well as the acquisition and sale of non-current assets. Investment activities should positively contribute to the country's economy and social status, namely: the release and dissemination of new technologies and techniques, the financing of basic research for the implementation of qualitative changes in productive forces, the implementation of long-term scientific projects with large runoff payback, spearhead the development and introduction of new, resource eco-friendly technologies designed to improve the socio-economic and environmental situation of Cain. Investment activity in Ukraine is in a difficult state, because there are a number of factors that negatively affect its condition. Domestic and foreign investors are wary of Ukrainian enterprises, so they are at risk of losing their investment and not making a profit. This article presents ways to improve the investment room in Ukraine, which will contribute to the development of the economy, social status of the population, the development of international relations, fixed on the world market of Ukrainian enterprises and more.
