Abstract
A methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the stages of projects has been developed, which allows in vector form to determine the priority of each stage of the project using the integrated criterion for evaluating the effectiveness. The developed methodology is based on expert analytical procedures using the hierarchy analysis method.
