Abstract
The article deals with the organization of artistic and creative activity of junior school children; their artistic and esthetic education in the traditional forms of folk art is the most effective way to introduce children to national culture, customs and traditions of the peoples of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Return to cultural and historical sources on the example of the Bashkir decorative and applied arts promotes to the ideological and moral development of the personality.
