PROBLEMS OF THE ELECTORAL LAW AND MEANS OF SOLUTION

In this article, we attempted to reveal the problematic issues of the existing electoral law, which today under the current system of an electoral right has developed the specific concepts (the electorate, elections, guarantees of electoral rights and the eligibility to vote in the referendum, the deputy, the voter, the commission and others), each of which is issued in the legislation.
