Abstract
The simplification problem of an appeal order of reopening cases in criminal cases at the judicial level and in jurisprudence is covered in the present article; the actual bringing down of the appeal proceedings to the old cassation form of reopening cases is stated. The author pays attention to inadmissibility of achievement of the procedural economy objectives in criminal legal proceedings due to emasculation of essence of the appeal and suggests to differentiate appellate review of criminal cases depending on category of the appeal complaint (representation).
